This Privacy Policy is provided in compliance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR General Data Protection Regulation) relating to the protection of personal data of natural persons - specifically contact data.

Purpose and data processing

This section contains the information to be provided to users (interested) who interact with the CNR website http: // www.iia.cnr.it  regarding the processing of their personal data.

This information is provided only for the CNR-IIA portal (https://iia.cnr.it) and not for other websites that may be reached by the user via links.

Some pages may request personal data: we inform you that failure to provide them may make it impossible to achieve the purposes to which the processing is connected.

We inform you that the processing of personal data carried out through https://iia.cnr.it relates exclusively to personal data acquired in relation to the achievement of the institutional purposes of the Entity, or in any case connected to the exercise of the tasks of public interest and the exercise of public powers to which it is called, including the purposes of scientific research and analysis for statistical purposes , teaching and administration, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. is)

These personal data are processed in a lawful, correct, transparent manner, limited to what is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing in accordance with all the principles indicated in art. 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679. They will be kept only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case for a maximum period of 10 years from their collection.

The personal data collected will not be transferred to third parties.

Rights of interested parties

The interested parties have the right to ask the data controller to access personal contact data and to correct or cancel them or limit the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing in accordance with the provisions of art. 15 and ss. of EU Regulation 2016/679.

The interested parties, if the conditions are met, are also granted the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor as supervisory authority.
