Purpose of the GDL
- Study and dissemination of national and international funding opportunities for the promotion of activities related to the research lines of the Institute;
- Support to the scientific network in the phase of presentation of the technical / administrative documentation related to the aforementioned initiatives;
- Support in the elaboration of a model of expenses admissible to the scientific network in accordance with the guidelines stipulated in the announcement or in the agreement and the financial reporting of the end of the project and / or of the progress reports (SAL), in accordance with the reporting rules described in the notice or agreement;
- Interface with the Director of the Institute, with the project managers, with the administration of the Institute, with the Offices and with the public and private entities that make up the partnership, intervening for this purpose at technical organizational meetings;
- Preparation of preliminary investigations or technical reports for the Director, containing the specificities or criticalities emerging in the various stages of preparing the applications and in the project's progress phases;
- Support in the preparation of the technical / administrative documents in the various phases resulting from the positive result provided by the rankings of the call, or in the phases following the signing of the agreement for non-competitive projects;
- Request to the TA Department of the deeds of delegation for the signature of the Projects;
- Support in the development phases of the projects and in the implementation of project activities;
- Collection of all documentation relating to funded projects drawn up for each state of progress of all projects admitted to funding;
- Preparation for the Director of the monitoring sheets of the progress of the projects to be sent to the administrative representatives;
- Support in the preparation phase of the documentation relating to the reports presented on the Projects to be submitted for external audit.
