Purpose of the GDL
The group's activities are aimed at promoting research results carried out in institutes and technology transfer to the industrial sector and to the Public Administrations of concert with the researchers / technologists of the Institute also in collaboration with the Research Valorisation Unit pertaining to the Central Research Services Directorate of the CNR.
The main activities of the WG are explained below:
- analysis on the possible protection of intellectual property and protection of the results of research completed and in progress at the Institute;
- preliminary analysis on the possibility of setting up spin-off companies from the researches completed and in progress at the Institute;
- analysis of strategic steering documents at EU and national level which identify the trajectories of:
- research and competitive markets in the environmental sectors in which the institute operates in order to direct research aimed at obtaining outputs subject to protection of intellectual property and / or preparatory to the establishment of spin-off companies.
