Our country has sent the National Energy and Climate Plan (PNIEC2030) to the European Commission, which should outline the road map decarbonisation between now and 2030. To complete and make the economic and energy transition effective, it is a priority to intervene in the transport sector, which is responsible, in Italy and in Europe, for approximately 28% of total emissions.

Il PNIEC 2030 does it grasp the urgency of change and put in place adequate proposals to make adequate choices for the environmental and energy challenges that we must face between now and the next decade?

On the need for decarbonisation of the mobility sector, the September 25th CNR-IIA and Kyoto Club organize an afternoon of reflection and study in Milan with professionals and experts from companies, associations operating in the sustainable mobility sector.

During the works, the data of the report "Mobility 2019”Carried out by the Kyoto Club“ Sustainable Mobility ”Working Group and CNR-IIA experts; the study offers an overview of the mobility policies and data relating to the air quality of the 14 metropolitan cities in the two-year period 2017-2018.

Among the main innovations, together with the data of the Italian cities, the statistics of the main European cities.
