Abstract of the project
The HYMANTOVALLEY - Hydrogen Valley in the Province of Mantua project is among the projects financed by the European Interregional Innovation Investment (I3) call, which will lead to the creation of a «Hydrogen Valley» in the Mantua area.
A thorough literature survey will be performed on LCA studies applied to both the primary hydrogen value chain and hydrogen-related value chains
The objective of the project is to demonstrate the possibility of local decarbonisation of an area located in one of the most polluted areas in Europe, the Po Valley, through an integrated and replicable model of production, storage, transport and use of hydrogen for heating, energy and transport.
