GDL New Intranet services

Purpose of the GDL

Analysis of IT needs aimed at improving both the presence and agile work of the Institute staff;
Evaluation of the potential use of MS Teams (available through CNR licenses already acquired) as a single digital system of the Institute for the communication and sharing of information among staff through messaging and video call services;
Evaluation of the potential of the Office 365 Calendar service for planning meetings with internal and external CNR staff;
Collaboration with the staff dealing with information systems within the CNR, the Research Areas and other Institutes;
Study, organization and testing of the Microsoft Teams platform and Office 365 suite to facilitate the work of administration staff
Restructuring of the intranet area of the website and enabling access with SIPER credentials;
Evaluation and possible installation and maintenance of an internal ticketing system for the management and tracking of requests for interventions relating to the Technical Office, in the web intranet area;
Evaluation and possible installation and maintenance of a booking system for the booking of school resources (mobile vehicles, meeting rooms, webinar service), in the web intranet area;
Analysis of any solutions for the adoption of a document flow management service;
Preparation of operating manuals
